Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve a student’s spot and is applied toward tuition. Booking fees are non-refundable. Tuition is not prorated for late enrollment or missed classes. Enrollment is per semester. A new tuition payment is required for each semester. Classes require a minimum number of enrolled students to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled, and families will receive a full refund of tuition paid. Private Pay Families: Full semester tuition must be received before the first day of class. Charter Funds: Charter schools that issue full-tuition enrichment certificates at the beginning of the year must submit payment before the start of the semester. If a charter does not pay in full, the first payment is due before the student’s first class, with remaining monthly installments due throughout the semester. Tuition not received by the due date may result in temporary removal from class until payment is received. Live classes are recorded and may be used for makeup purposes if a student is absent. No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes. If a class must be canceled due to instructor illness or emergency, a makeup class or recording will be provided. Students are expected to participate respectfully and follow classroom guidelines. Repeated disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund. By registering, families acknowledge their commitment to full semester tuition. Once a class begins, tuition is non-refundable, and families are responsible for the full semester amount regardless of withdrawal.
